When you arrive for your appointment usually the first thing we'll ask is:

"How are you feeling?"

Because how you feel matters just as much as finding your dream dress.

Whether you've had difficult experiences at other stores or this is your very first appointment, we want you to feel relaxed, comfortable and genuinely excited.

Shopping for your wedding dress should be one of the happiest parts of planning your wedding!

What to expect

Our bridal appointments are comprehensive, supportive, and educational experiences designed to help you find your perfect wedding dress.

What to expect during your appointment...

  • Our appointments are 90 minutes and many brides leave saying they much better understood wedding dress shopping afterwards.
  • Try on as many dresses as your heart desires - we never limit you to a set number. Your appointment is yours to make the most of.
  • Most people wear no bra during their appointment - don't go to the effort or expense of buying a new bra. Oh and also - we don't care what colour undies you wear - as long as you wear some!
  • Bringing none, 1 or 2 trusted support people is perfect. Many of our brides shop alone and have an amazing time with us in store.
  • We suggest shopping 12 months before your wedding for a stress free experience with the widest range of options.
  • We ask our guests to have minimal make-up and no spray tans.

A few things to know before you visit

  • We kindly ask that you leave the phone in your bag during your appointment. We find that mirrors, natural reactions, and the people you love are the best tools for finding your dress - and we'll use our in-store iPad if you need help choosing between your top two.
  • We love kids! But it can be a tricky place for some young ones. Babies in prams and older children are absolutely fine to bring along. For toddlers (roughly 2–5 years), we gently suggest arranging a babysitter so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your appointment.
  • We're flexible with payment - you're welcome to leave a 50% deposit and pay the remaining balance when you collect your dress, or pay in full on the day.
